RAFFAELE’S FOODBAR gerealiseerd door Geke en Raffaele Natale, is een bestemming om te eten en drinken in goede sferen.
De foodbar is ontstaan uit onze liefde voor Italië, want wie aan Italië denkt, denkt aan samen genieten van goed eten en mooie wijnen. Als je bij de foodbar bent , beleef je het ongecompliceerde Italiaanse leven in Deventer’s binnenstad.
Onze focus ligt op de combinatie van lekker en gezond met aandacht voor ambacht en milieu. De menukaart is samengesteld uit antipasti, seafood, pizza, pasta en patisserie. Typisch Italiaans dus. Wat ons onderscheidt is de specifieke keuze voor producten zoals, stokvis “bakkeljauw/baccalà”, moederdeeg, gluten vrije producten en eigen geïmporteerde olijfolie. We nemen onze ervaringen mee en streven naar mediterrane authenticiteit in een totale nieuwe vorm.
RAFFAELE, CHI È?
Raffaele, de naamgever van deze zaak, is geboren in het zuid Italiaanse stadje Altamura in de streek Puglia. De liefde voor eten en dit delen met elkaar is hem, als jongste in het gezin van zeven kinderen, al met de paplepel ingegoten. Opgegroeid tussen de graanvelden in zuid-Italië, is hij zijn carrière begonnen als verantwoordelijke van een meel- en graan producent. RAFFAELE’S FOODBAR is het resultaat van zijn creatieve, ondernemende en avontuurlijke karakter.

RAFFAELE’S FOODBAR is a destination for food, drinks, and good vibes and has been realized by Geke and Raffaele Natale.
The foodbar consisted out of our the love for Italy because if you think of Italy, you think of enjoying together of good food and beautiful wines. When you are at the foodbar, you experience the Italian life in Deventer city.
Our focus is on the combination of delicious and healthy with attention to craft and environment. The menu consists of a variation between antipasti, seafood, pizza, pasta, and pastries. Typical Italian. What distinguishes us is the specific choice of products such as cod “bakkeljauw / baccalà” mother dough, gluten-free products, and our own imported olive oil. We bring our experiences with us and strive for Mediterranean authenticity in a completely new form.
RAFFAELE, WHO IS THAT GUY?
Raffaele, the origin of the name for the foodbar, is born in the in the southern Italian city named Altamura in the region Puglia. Love for food and sharing it with your surroundings is learned at an early age as the youngest of a family out of seven children. Having grown up between the wheat fields in southern Italy, he started his career as the manager of a flour and grain producer. RAFFAELE’S FOODBAR is the result of his creative, enterprising and adventurous character.
